Had another good week, stuck almost 100% to plan apart from having a small chicken salad mid-week as I wnt out for lunch with my parents as Mum isn’t too well and it really cheered her up. Still loving the chocolate tetras and the peanut and mit cho bars – a great combination and makes this diet much easier to manage.
Had my 3rd weigh-in and this week it was…

So in 3 weeks I’ve lost 1st 2lbs – I cant believe it’s been so quick and I feel so much better. My skin looks great and this week I have a noticable difference in size and can wear clothes I’ve not been able to fit in for awhile. I’ve just 7lbs to get back to my lowest weight, so hopefully I’ll get there in the next couple of weeks then I’ll be able to fit in to all my clothes
I then can’t wait to get below that weight and continue downwards – it’ll be great to be in size 16′s comfortably then hopefully 14′s then 12′s. These last 3 weeks have gone so quick as I’m so busy at work and everywhere so it just feels like the weight is falling off with no effort.
The only down side is that at my work there are lots of temptations – there is always loads of food handed around and everyone eats such lovely smelling lunches! But luckily I’m so busy that I try to ignore it all!
